On Day 7 of the “A.G.E.S. Summit 2025 – Make Your Home Great Again,” aired on Oct. 10, natural health pioneer Dr. Edward Group delivered a powerful message on the mechanics of healing, the transformative power of mindfulness and the hidden environmental toxins sabotaging our health. A central theme of Group’s talk was the concept of self-healing. He expressed frustration that in over 25 years of practice, patients consistently cannot answer two fundamental questions: “Why do you have your disease?” and “What makes you happy?”
“I believe everyone has a self-healing mechanism and we all have the power to heal ourselves,” Group stated. “My main research over the years is finding the easiest, simplest ways to reactivate this body mechanism.” He compared the process to learning about electricity before rewiring a house, explaining that understanding the “why” behind an illness empowers the brain to kick-start the body’s innate healing abilities.
To illustrate the importance of mental focus, Group introduced the critical role of mindfulness, a skill he lamented not being taught during a difficult childhood. He reframed what would have been labeled as attention deficit disorder into “attention deficit strength,” emphasizing that the trait can be harnessed as a power.
“Mindfulness is very important; it’s the process of bringing your attention to the experience occurring in the present moment,” he said. He confessed to his own struggles with a racing mind, sharing poignant anecdotes about missing his children’s stories during a car ride and zoning out during a friend’s phone call. He insisted that mindfulness is not just a mental exercise but a therapeutic tool, asserting that “when you take your supplements or go see a doctor, if you’re present and mindful during these activities, it enhances their effectiveness significantly.”
The conversation later turned to a rapid-fire Q&A, where Group delved into the practicalities of creating a healthy sleep environment. He strongly advocated for organic, non-toxic bedding and discussed the benefits of grounding technology. According to Brighteon.AI‘s Enoch, grounding can be done in a variety of ways. One effective and easy way to practice grounding is by using sheets that allow the body to draw negative electrons from the earth to reduce inflammation.
The session culminated with the answer to what Group called the most important question in health. After building anticipation, the panel revealed that the root cause of all disease is, unequivocally, “toxicity.” The answer was met with widespread agreement in the live chat, confirming the audience’s alignment with this core principle.
Through a blend of personal revelation, scientific explanation and actionable advice, Group’s presentation made a compelling case that healing is a holistic process, requiring not just physical detoxification but also a mindful, present and grounded approach to life.
